  • What podcast/audio equipment do you have?
    The Visionary Room features 2 (up to 4) - Shure SM7B professional microphones that connect to a Rodecaster Quad audio interface . We provide headphones so that you can adjust audio levels and monitor your podcast. The Flamingo Room features 2 - Shure SM7B professional microphones that connect to a Rodecaster Duo audio interface. We provide headphones so that you can adjust audio levels and monitor your podcast. The Multi-Color Room features 2 - Rode PodMics that connect to a Rodecaster Duo audio interface. We provide headphones so that you can adjust audio levels and monitor your podcast.
  • Which rooms do I have access to?
    If you are a monthly member, you have access to any room during your booking, as long as it is available. For non-members, you only have access to the room you specifically booked. If you are wanting to use more than one area, we recommend booking one hour in each desired room. We are strictly enforcing this moving forward and you will be charged extra if this is disregarded.
  • Is a membership worth it?
    A membership can save you anywhere from 50-60% compared to our standard hourly rates. You also receive access to equipment rental discounts and special deals or events that occur in our space.
  • How do the memberships work?
    When you purchase one of our memberships, your active subscription will be in our system. Each membership comes with a certain amount of 'bookable hours.' When you want to book a room, go to the Memberships tab, and choose the desired room in coorespondence with the amount of hours you need for that date. You will be prompted with a calendar to choose an available time slot. We provide members with access to the space via a lockbox key in case our site representative cannot be present during the time of your booking. We will make sure the room that is booked is open for you OR provide you with a member passcode.
  • What equipment rentals do you have available?
    Here is a list of equipment we have as options to add to your rental (depending on availibility): - 1x Canon EOS R5 Camera Kit with Tripod/SD Card/18-35mm F1.8 Lens OR 24-70mm F2.8 Lens - 2x Aputure 300x Bi-Color LED Lights - 2x Aputure Light Dome Diffusers - 1x Aputure Mini Video Light
  • What lights are included in my rental?
    We have ceiling mounted Aputure key lights in all of the production rooms that can be managed by the mini iPad. You can find this iPad on the wall in our hallway. Adjustments include brightness, color temperature, and RGB color options (Multi-Texture Room only).
  • How many production rooms do you have?
    We have four production rooms in our space: The Visionary Room and The Flamingo Room (Podcast Rooms) The Multi-Color Room and The Multi-Texture Room (Variety of Backdrops + Audio Equipment)
  • Do you include video equipment in my rental?
    No - video equipment is NOT included in the rental rates. All rentals and memberships include access to the space itself and all of the audio tools/standard lighting available. If you would like video for your production, we suggest starting on your own with a smartphone, renting our video camera kit, or hiring our production company at Dynamic Cinema Productions.
  • What do I need to bring in as a member for podcasts?
    As a member, you need to purchase and bring in a microSD card for the Rodecaster soundboard system. This will allow you to record and leave the space with your files. All other audio tools are equipped and ready to go upon arrival. Video equipment is NOT included in any rental (inquire for those options).
  • Do unused booking hours rollover to the next month?
    No, the number of bookable hours for your selected membership reset each month. We highly consider scheduling your time out as soon as you can. This will allow you to stay ahead and make the most use of your membership.
